Sylfirm X - Dual Mode
Radio Frequency Microneedling

RF Microneedling is a skin-rejuvenation treatment that combines tiny microneedles with radiofrequency (RF) energy to smooth wrinkles, tighten skin, and improve texture. It works by stimulating collagen production, helping the skin look firmer and more youthful over time. The treatment is gentle, with minimal discomfort and little downtime. Sylfirm X is the only FDA-cleared RF microneedling device that uses two types of energy: one targets pigmentation and redness, while the other focuses on tightening and collagen building. Because of this unique technology, Sylfirm X is safe and effective for all skin types and can treat a variety of concerns, from fine lines to uneven tone.

HOW DOES SYLFIRM X RF MICRONEEDLING WORK?

Sylfirm X uses two unique modes to treat a variety of skin concerns: ultra-short pulsed wave mode (PW) and continuous wave mode.

The pulsed wave (PW) mode specifically targets abnormal blood vessels and excess pigment, making it ideal for treating melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, redness, rosacea, and acne. It also helps strengthen the skin’s basement membrane, which supports skin structure and repair.

The continuous wave (CW) mode releases energy at a controlled depth, penetrating between 0.3mm to 4mm. This mode effectively repairs damaged skin cells, strengthens blood vessels, and boosts collagen and elastin production for firmer, more youthful skin.

With these two advanced modes, Sylfirm X provides safe, effective treatment for all skin types with minimal downtime.

HOW DOES RF MICRONEEDLING DIFFER FROM MICRONEEDLING?

Adding radiofrequency energy induces a greater amount of controlled skin injury which creates higher levels of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid compared to microneedling alone.

WHAT CAN RF MICRONEEDLING IMPROVE?

RF microneedling can be used on the face and body to improve skin health and texture. The most common treatment areas include the face, neck, chest, abdomen, knees, and thighs.  There are a variety of indications for RF microneedling including:

  •   Lines and wrinkles

  •  Skin laxity (sagging)

  •  Facial Tightening/Lifting

  •  Eyelid skin tightening

  • Eyebrow Lifting

  •  Sun damage

  •  Age spots

  •  Acne/Acne Scarring

  •  Scars

  •  Skin tone and texture issues

  •  Enlarged large pores

  •  Stretch marks

  •  Melasma/Post-inflammatory Hyperpigmentation

  •  Syringomas

  •  Double Chin/Neck Fullness

  •  Hair Restoration

  •  Rosacea/Facial Redness

The treatment typically takes 10-30 minutes, depending on the areas treated. Numbing cream is applied an hour before the procedure. Most patients need 3-4 sessions over 3-6 months, depending on their specific concerns and expectations. Results are achieved as your body remodels and stimulates its own collagen. Typically, optimal results are achieved, on average, after 6 months.
